SYNOPSIS

Just before her birthday dinner, Lisa discovers that her partner, Noah, has a fleshlight that he has kept hidden from her. After bringing up her discovery, the conflict soon emerges as their friends get involved. The situation escalates into a heated argument that turns out to be more about the couple's relationship than anything else.

THE DIRECTOR

Gustav A. Lilliehorn is a young and promising director who started making movies as a kid in his family's backyard.

He received the prestigious Crazy Pictures award during film school, and after interning as an assistant editor, he realized directing was more than just a hobby.

Gustav's style lies in always infusing fresh twists into his films, where his visually-driven style ensures storytelling that pops with originality and vibrancy.

DIRECTOR'S VISION

"Lisa and Noah are struggling with a stagnant sex life but find it difficult to talk about it. We learn that it's been going on for a while, and we meet them on this critical evening when Lisa discovers Noah's secret sex toy. Fleshlight raises questions about sex toys, their differences and implications.

By presenting different arguments and opinions without taking a clear moral stance or providing an answer, I want to leave it up to the viewers to decide who is right or wrong and why. Through the use of comedy, I aim to create an entertaining film experience that sparks new thoughts about sex, norms, relationships while encouraging more people to open up and talk about it."

THE PRODUCER

Sebastian Martinez is a Swedish filmmaker and producer with roots in the Stockholm suburb of Solna. He studied at The Media Institute of Stockholm and has a degree as a film producer. In 2016, he produced the film "City Boys", which deals with rape culture in Stockholm's inner city schools, which has been shown and lectured about in various educational contexts and received media attention. He has since continued to develop TV series, films and produce music videos and content for artists such as Latin Kings, Kartellen, Yung Lean, Dotter and Darin as well as directed various commercials for global companies. During 2021, he competed with the short films "The Blue Dress" and "Blanck Space" at several short film festivals as a Producer. He is also one of the Founders of the production Company ON NOX PICTURES
